Description: Want to get into the Holiday Mood? Are you longing for a “White Christmas”?
Join us for the Annual Holiday Figure Skating Show hosted by The Southwest Florida Figure Skating Club and Ellenton Ice & Sports Complex.
Let Jack Frost nip at your nose and warm up with a cup of hot chocolate while you enjoy the festivities! This year’s show theme is “Winter Icescapes & Holiday Dreams”. The show features skaters from Ellenton Ice’s Learn to Skate program, Tropical Spice on Ice (our Adult Synchronized Skating Team), skaters from our Junior & Intermediate Skate Schools, as well as our National/International Competitors who are currently representing the United States in Figure Skating as they train with our World & Olympic Coaching Staff. It’s an event not to be missed! So let our skaters dazzle you with their triple axels, incredible lifts and spectacular combinations!

The Southwest Florida Figure Skating Club will also be having a
Bake Sale, Christmas Ornament Sale and Silent Auction on
December 6th beginning at 1 PM, in the Lobby of Ellenton Ice & Sports Complex. All proceeds to benefit the non-profit Southwest Florida Figure Skating Club.

Description: The Village of the Arts with help from the Downtown Development Authority, a handful of artists and our nonprofit organization, the Artists\' Guild of Manatee, set out to create a community where artists of all disciplines could live and work. Forty artists later, the Village is well on its way. Monthly ArtWalks fill the streets with art lovers looking for affordable fine art, jewelry, ceramics, small furniture and clothing.
Here you will find inviting bookstores, gourmet cafes and many special events at a location just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. This is Florida\'s largest art community in a culturally-rich area; an arts district that\'s full of burgeoning and established artists who passionately support one another\'s careers.
